Outdoor Resort Renters Rules

There are “Children and Older Folks” at play!
Please observe “Quiet time” 11:00 PM-7:00 AM.
No playing basketball after 10:00 PM.
Site check-in time is 1:00 PM.
Site check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Cabin check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Cabin check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out available at an additional charge when available.

  • Surge Protectors are not required but are highly recommended for your camper, as the campground is not to be held responsible for any damages due to electrical, wind, or rain-related issues.
  • BE FAIR TO YOUR NEIGHBORS! PARK YOUR VEHICLE ON YOUR CAMPSITE ONLY. Site perimeters are measured from power meter to power meter. Vehicles MAY NOT be left in the boat storage parking area for any reason. For extra parking, please inquire at the front office.
  • The boat ramp is for LOADING AND UNLOADING ONLY. Parking is not permitted anywhere around the boat ramp. Boat trailers must be parked in the designated area on the east side of the park. ONLY 1 boat per camp site is permitted with each reservation. All Trailers must be tagged with the owner’s name. No vehicle parking permitted in the boat parking area. No boats may be left in the loading area or in front of the fish-cleaning station. The boat launch area may be used AFTER a one-time $10 fee. Boats larger than 25’ in length, INCLUDING the motor, cannot be launched in our marina. (Your boat must fit within the designated red lines in front of cabin 5.)
  • Boat slips are assigned by the office personnel only. (Boat slips cost $15 per day.) Please inquire in the office upon arrival. If you leave the park overnight you must give up your slip and pull your boat out of the marina. Boat motors must be trimmed down and remain in the water while parked in the marina.
  • We welcome your pets; however, they must be on a 6’-8’ leash and you must CLEAN UP after them. Pets are not allowed in the office, cabins, laundry room, dining hall, restrooms, or pool area for any reason.
  • The pool closes at 11:00 PM and reopens at 7:00 AM. No GLASS bottles are allowed in the pool area. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
  • Campfires are allowed on site only if you have a portable burn pit. Please dispose of the ashes safely.
  • GOLF CARTS: Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to drive in the park unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are only allowed on vehicle traffic surfaces. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT WHILE USING BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, AND SKATEBOARDS IN THE PARK.
  • Pop up tents are allowed on your site but must be taken down when you leave the camp.
  • No Carports allowed on campsites unless they have been pre-approved by the Board of Directors. Carports may not include sidewalls. You MAY NOT modify your site for any reason unless you have approval from the Board of Directors.
  • DINING HALL: The dining hall and recreation area are available for all of our guests, however if you wish to obtain private use of these rooms you must make reservations with the office. Reservations require a $100 fee. Children are not allowed in this area without parental supervision.
  • Any violation of these rules will result in a fine and the office may ask that you leave the park.
  • A $100 penalty will be charged to your account per infraction of the following rules:
    • No vehicle parking permitted in the boat parking area.
    • Vehicle and trailer parking are permitted on your campsite only.
    • No boats may be left in the loading area or in front of the fish cleaning station for more than 1 hour.
    • Only one boat is permitted per camp site.
    • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets.
